Where does the code go? I have purchased the professional version, read the examples but don't see where the code should be added.

Use your installed content/article editor to insert the ITB codes. It is not HTML it is interpreted prior to displaying the page.
You can use either a WYSIWYG editor or not.
I suggest, copying some examples, then change the CB field names to match your custom fields.
Give it a try.
Remember to add your site to the "Sites using JCM extensions" no charge - free link to your site (better page rank).

?content/article editor?
I need this to work with the cb_login module so that it is processed when they login. Are you saying that I have to put the login module into an article to get this to work? or do I edit the itb.php file?

The ITB plugin works on content. It does not modify the behavior of CB nor does it modify the cb_login module operation.
It is like other content plugins that modify Joomla articles prior to being displayed to the user.

Okay, I had the cart before the horse. I have created an article and placed a link into the redirect url for cb_login module. This is working fine but... the itb code is not being executed. I am using the sample code but nothing happens. Yes, the plugin is enabled and no the code does not show on the page. I have Joomla 1.5.10 installed with CB 1.2.
Is there any documentation? All is can find is the sample codes.

Post the code you are trying to execute. Be sure to put a space after the " { " so it won't execute within FB.
We'll try it out...
