What am I doing wrong? 9 Months, 4 Weeks ago  
I enter {cbp firstname }(nospace) into an article and I get
"{cbp firstname } blah blah blah"

The plugin in enabled and so is legacy.

I have no idea what is going wrong. Can you help?

Look in the cb fields manager.

Depending upon the actual field name. Typically there is a cb_fieldname. In your case it may be:

cb_firstname

Give that a try.
